Roberta is an accomplished travel management professional with over two decades of experience across finance, HR, and global corporate travel. Since 2016, she has led SCOR’s Global Travel and Expense program, designing and implementing a cohesive international travel policy, driving compliance, and negotiating strategic vendor contracts across airlines, agencies, and travel service providers. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in improving traveller experience, optimizing cost control, and integrating sustainable travel practices.

Roberta’s innovative approach has earned her recognition across the industry, including the Rising Star Travel Manager award from the Institute of Travel Management in 2019, and Travel Team of the Year at the EMA Awards in 2023 for her creative initiatives to reduce travel emissions.

Before her transition into travel, Roberta spent over a decade in finance, holding key roles in Lloyd’s accounting, consolidation, and expense management. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Banking from the Università degli Studi di Siena and a CIPD diploma in Human Resources Management, equipping her with a unique cross-functional perspective that bridges numbers, people, and strategy.
